Our exchange programs provide leaders from the U.S. and around the world with the insight, capacity, networks, and cultural context needed to navigate a rapidly evolving globalized society. We are the U.S. Department of State’s largest partner on the International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP), which brings foreign leaders to the United States for short-term professional exchanges on topics ranging from women’s empowerment to global entrepreneurship and countering violent extremism. The IVLP is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State with funding provided by the U.S. Government and administered by the United States Institute of Leadership and Diplomacy.
